In the event that you are dissatisfied with anything you purchase from us, simply return the item for a full credit, replacement or refund within 15 days of the shipment date. There is no hassle, no questions, no worrying about getting a credit. When returning equipment, items must be in new condition and returned in their original packaging. New equipment should be tested for a few minutes in a controlled environment before normal use. We reserve the right to deny warranty claims on equipment not returned in original condition and/or original packaging.

Please contact Customer Service for a Return Authorization Code (RA).

  • You MUST obtain this number before returning the item(s).
  • Make sure to clearly mark your RA number on the shipping label of your package.
  • Please do not write your number directly on your box.

We are unable to accept unauthorized returns. We are not responsible for items that do not arrive at our warehouse. Therefore, we strongly suggest that you ship your package in a way that allows you to track the shipment and receive proof of delivery. All returns are subject to inspection before credit is issued. Shipping charges are not refundable. Restocking fees of 25% may be charged at the discretion of Spruce Industries, Inc.
